For Centre County residents challenged to maintain their homes due to a disability, illness or other change in their lives, our Homemaker Services and Case Management program can provide guidance. Serving individuals aged 18-59, the Case Manager connects clients with a variety of assistive services to maintain their independence and remain in their homes. Individuals must be income qualified and assessed by the case manager, who serves as a reference point, resource, and advocate for clients. Read more here.
