August Feel Good Fridays Recap

Here is the August Feel Good Friday Recap!

August was full of new faces and many helping hands. Here are just some of the highlights: 

• Our Permanent Supportive Program helped a client take over their own lease and they now have a stable foundation to be successful in the future.  

• Within our Rapid Rehousing Program, we assisted five families and one individual to secure their own leases for apartments.  

• We had a FULL HOUSE in our shelter of 16 individuals with more than half being under the age of 18. It was heartwarming to see all the families socializing, watching television, and making dinner together.  

• We were proud to announce that our new website has gone live. It required months of hard work, and we are thrilled with the outcome. Please let us know what you think of it! Email srayne@housingtransitions.org  

Overall, in the month of August, we had a total of 23 individuals, 9 under the age of 18, in our shelter!
